Weka Pass Railway

113 Glenmark Drive

The Weka Pass Railway operates using vintage diesel locomotives on a 12.8km scenic ride through the unique limestone beauty of the Weka Pass.

Trains operate between Waipara Glenmark Station and Waikari, on the first and third Sundays of each month. Due to demand bookings are recommended.

Hours of Operation
Public trains run 1st & 3rd Sunday each month, every Sunday in January & most public holidays. First train departs Glenmark Station at 11.30am, arrives back at 1.35pm. Second train departs Glenmark Station at 2pm, arrives back at 3.45pm.
