Hurunui River Lodge is located at the Hurunui river mouth with just a 2 minutes walk to river access and the renowned trout and salmon fishing, and a short walk to the beach and lagoon and 15 minutes drive from Cheviot township.

The self-contained front unit includes living area, kitchen, dining, laundry, bathroom and king master bedroom, and is available for rental on its own for up to two adults.

Additional guests are accommodated in the rear unit, comprising a queen bedroom plus two twin king single bedrooms, together with a lounge and bathroom.
