You will be guided through a selection of carefully matched Georges Road wines and local cheeses, learning why certain flavours work so well together. Along the way we'll share some quirky and fascinating stories from the worlds of wine and cheese. You'll also have the opportunity to create your own jar of marinated Feta, which you can take away and enjoy later.
To finish, put your new knowledge to the test with a light hearted wine and cheese challenge.
