A relaxed, fireside feast to mark the end of harvest.
Chefs Cam and Théo join forces with Josh Hunter (Food by Fire) for a rustic, delicious night under the stars — the perfect way to wind down after vintage.
We’ll be slow-roasting a whole Greystone hogget, Turkish kebab-style over the fire, and serving it with sourdough pita and harvest mezze plates packed with the best local ingredients.
Add in live local music, good company, and a few glasses of wine — and you’ve got a pretty great Friday night. Rain or shine — bring a blanket or chair and get comfy around the fire. Optional return bus from Christchurch available.
