Fir Trail is a remarkable short track that passes through dense stands of fir trees, including soaring Douglas fir, true fir, and larch, as well as out through open grasslands around the forest edge. The trail undulates through the plantations and has some good views. Starting at the waterfall carpark, the Fir Trail is a nice easy downhill track. You can take the left track for a bit more riding. Trail Features stands of European larch and Douglas fir planted in 1956. It links with Waterfall and Jolliffe Saddle tracks.
The trail is dual use walking and biking and uphill link only.
