Join us for the first in a series of events where we celebrate and collaborate with our favourite suppliers — beginning with Merchant of Venison. (Yes, how good is that name?)
Hosted at the Greystone Restaurant, this is a masterclass in nose-to-tail dining.
Chefs Cam and Théo will be working with some of the more interesting — and often overlooked — cuts, bringing them to life across a six-course menu. To make the night even more special, we’ll be launching a world first: our brand-new Vineyard Ferment Syrah.
Only 40 cases made, and typically reserved exclusively for Wine Club members — but for this one night only, non-members will have the rare chance to taste and purchase it too.
Throughout the evening, our winemaker Dom Maxwell will guide you through the wine pairings for each course, sharing the thinking behind each match and adding a deeper layer to an already unforgettable experience.
Seating is very limited — we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
