Cradled in the rolling hills of North Canterbury is Tipapa Estate, an oasis of privacy surrounded by its own land and parklike grounds, just over an hours’ drive from Christchurch or a 3 hour drive south of the Picton ferry terminal.

The historic homestead offers four large and luxurious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful views. Wake to peace and tranquillity before enjoying breakfast we prepare for you.

Wander the extensive gardens or make the most of the swimming pool (summer only). Guests are welcome to enjoy the lounge and dining rooms, all with open fireplaces. Talk to us about dinner options at Tipapa or nearby, or to arrange use of our fabulous kitchen facilities.
