About Foundations for Inner Peace Yoga Retreat New!
The outer world may seem full of noise and activity yet you have a very still inner beingness, that part of you that is as still as a calm lake, always remains. Join us in this opportunity to dwell in the peace of nature and explore the outer and inner aspects of yoga to discover and develop practices to quiet the body, emotions, and mind.
Retreat includes: 2 nights dorm accommodation, sessions, Marina's special chai tea all day long, & organic miso soup for the shared dinners.
